Dashline Plans ("Dashline", "we", "us") prepares plans for new homes and detached structures. This policy explains what we collect when you use dashlineplans.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, email, phone number, project location, project details, preferred timing and any links you share.
• Your files. Surveys, sketches, drawings, photos, CAD, SketchUp or Revit files you upload with your request.
• Basic visit data. Your browser type, the pages you visit and, when you arrive from an ad, the ad click details (such as utm tags or a Google click id), so we know which ads bring requests.
• Ad measurement. Our advertising tag may set cookies that count which ads lead to requests. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How we use it

• To prepare your quote, your schedule and your plans.
• To contact you about your request by phone, text or email.
• To keep records of our work and to improve our website and advertising.

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to do your project and run our business:

• Licensed engineers and other professionals who work on your plans.
• Service providers that host this website and store files for us, send our emails and texts, and keep our customer records. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your files

Files you upload are kept in private storage. Only our team and the professionals working on your project can open them.

Chat assistant

Dash, the assistant on our site, is an AI that answers from what this site says. When you chat with Dash, we keep the conversation in private storage so our team can follow up on your questions and improve the answers, and we link it to your request if you send one. The answers are generated by an AI model that our technology providers run for us. Please do not share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep request information and files for as long as we need them for your project, our records and our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to hello@dashlineplans.com. You can stop marketing messages at any time.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
